You ask – we’ll answer

We’re always getting asked for advice and we answer through many various means – emails, our huge blog page offering, printed out newsletters, nearly 60 help sheets and Down Dog Digests, the Freebies page on the website, as well our original Talking Tips and our current Digestibles video series!

Why does my dog…? How can I stop…? What can I do about…?

These are the typical types of questions we hear from our clients. I try and give as much advice as possible though various means.
I answer many of these in my emails.

The blog has many, many articles on a whole range of subjects.
And there are nearly 60 help sheets and Down Dog Digests, our newsletters, on the Freebies page.

We’ve also covered many common questions and training tips in our original Talking Tips series and in our current Digestibles video series.

So what next you may ask?

Well, we could sit back and just encourage people to browse all the stuff we have (which is always a good first step).

We like to provide a great service to people and there’s nothing like direct communication – being able to ask questions in person. But there are not enough hours in the day for us to talk to everyone individually.

So I’m excited to tell you about a new venture we’re starting on the second Wednesday of each month.

It’s called Doggy Doctor Discusses, a live, online discussion group for pet dog owners. You ask the questions and we’ll answer them. You’ll be able to share stories with other owners, get advice and help from our joint hive mind and get invaluable tips and hints to help you with whatever issues you’re struggling with.

Keep training and stay safe,

Carol
