This last year has been a challenge and for some this has resulted in a drop in our self confidence – in our day to day lives, our work and our dog training. We’re here to help you not just with a perfect pet, but about enjoying the journey and growing your own confidence
Find out what some of our previous dog owners have said
Attending dog training classes isn’t only about helping you have a well-mannered dog. It’s also about having fun, finding out about your dog and growing your own confidence. Here’s what one owner said:
“We absolutely loved the Perfect Pet course and it did wonders for my own awareness and understanding of our 5 month old pug. I have never had a dog before and knew nothing about how to train or look after dogs. I definitely recommend this course to anyone getting a pet, it helps me to be a better dog owner as I feel more confident.”
Another client said:
“The training has given me the confidence of knowing that we are on the right track”
Building up your confidence with your dog is key to successful training
Confidence is all about feeling sure of yourself and your abilities, feeling capable of doing the things you want to. That’s what our training is all about – giving you the confidence to know how to train your dog and how to manage your dog is the difficult situations you might meet.
It’s also why at the end of the course, we give you a certificate to say you are a Capable Canine Coach.
We can’t do the work for you – in the end it’s you that has to train your dog – but we can give you the confidence to know you’re doing the right things.
Our next in person Perfect Pet courses start on 22nd May. Other courses will be coming up soon – check out the website for more details.
We also offer a wide range of self-study courses on our online site, which you can follow at your own pace. There you can also find our fabulous Nose Nerds programme and our all-encompassing Devotee membership which gives you access to Nose Nerds and to all our other training courses, as well as our special Devotee events and activities.
Keep training and stay safe,
Carol
PS If you’d like to know more about how to build your own confidence, I’m running a four day Confidence Challenge from 10th -13th May – find out more and sign up on our Trainers Academy page. I’d love to see you there.
