I’m so frustrated. Our live Perfect Pet training class last night was kiboshed. I tried to link my Zoom account to a colleagues ready for our Corona-exit Canine Conference next week – but Zoom then somehow changed my account back to a free one which only allows a 40 minute call. Luckily everyone understood and we just did two calls and managed to complete the class.
I spent last night and this morning trying to sort it – but Zoom are proving difficult to contact. I tried the online chat, emails to two different places, submitting an online support ticket and phoning two different numbers, but so far no joy. I just hope it can be sorted by tonight for our Devotee Zoom meeting – otherwise Wine Wednesday might be cut short.
The account I was trying to link to belongs to Sarah Bartlett. Sarah is a fellow Kennel Club Accredited Instructor, the Multi-dog Maven and is one of the speakers at next week’s conference. She currently has five dogs of her own and she’ll be talking about multi-dog households. Sarah will be talking about how to help dogs live together in peace and harmony and how to train them effectively together.
