Do you love local dog friendly cafes?

There’s little nicer than sitting relaxing with a coffee with your dog lying by your feet – unless the coffee is accompanied by a traybake of course.

We’re lucky to have a few dog friendly eating places in the area – the Dog Lovers NI Facebook page lists them across the province, if you’re interested. And many more places allow you to sit outside with your dog.

But if your dog misbehaves in public you might avoid such places. Do you wish your dog would stop jumping up on people, or begging for food, or stealing food off your plate? You just long for your dog to lie down quietly by your feet instead.

I tell you how to deal with these problems and many more in my new book, Problem Pooch to Perfect Pet book 1: Troublesome to Tranquil.

The new book covers sixteen common problem behaviours you might face with your dog as well as priceless information about why your dog does what he does and the secret 3-step formula to changing any behaviour you don’t like in your own dog.
