Too tired after the weekend?

Are you sometimes so tired you dread getting up and having to work on Mondays? Can’t face doing the things you have to do?

Today I’m tired. No energy. Not looking forward to this week, which is busy.

We’ve had decorators in all week redoing the kitchen and living area.  But we had to clear the kitchen and living area of all the cutter that has amassed over the last 10 years since it was last decorated. It’s a bit scary how much rubbish had accumulated.

So every other room in the house has had some sort of container or tray with stuff on it.

Yesterday we spent the entire day just moving stuff back in. We used the opportunity to have a good clear out of all the rubbish and things now look so much better. Shelves are emptier and cupboards ordered and clean(ish). But boy, it was tiring.

So I’m tired – but I’m really pleased with the new colours – makes the room look and feel so much bigger. Less stuff helps with that too, of course. At the moment the room is clean and tidy. Just hope we can keep it that way.

We all need a good clear out every so often. Carrying on in the same old muddle and mess means you just tinker at the edges and nothing much changes.

It’s the same with our dog training.
It’s worth, every so often, having a mental clear out of what you’ve been doing.

Ask yourself what works and what doesn’t.
What things have helped your dog get closer to being that Perfect Pet we all want?
What things have hindered or not helped?

Once you’ve sorted this out, get rid of the mess and rubbish – the things that aren’t helping.

That’ll give you the space and time for stuff that works. Your training will be more efficient and easier.

If you’re struggling to find out what works, get in touch
We’ll help you sort out the mess and give you a clean and tidy way forward.

See you soon,

Carol
